1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
* A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
* The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the session
* Accepted payment methods:
DEBIT . CREDIT . TAP
* Dates are not secured until the deposit is paid.

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
* Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session will not incur additional charges ( deposit is non-refundable ).
* Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a 25% fee of the total amount.
* One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability.
* Rescheduling due to weather or emergencies is permitted without penalty.

3. IMAGE & DELIVERY
Edited images are delivered via
TEXT . GOOGLE DRIVE .
7-10 business days for portraits/events
Minor retouching is included. Advanced retouching may incur additional fees.

4. IMAGE RIGHTS & USAGE
* Photographer retains copyright of all images.
* Clients receive personal-use rights (print, share online, etc.).
* Images may not be used for commercial purposes unless a licensing agreement is made.
* Photographer may use images for portfolio, website, and marketing unless client requests otherwise in writing.

5. SESSION TIMELINES
* Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.
* If the client is more than 20 minutes late without notice, the session may be canceled without refund.

6. WEATHER POLICY
* For outdoor sessions, weather conditions are monitored 24–48 hours prior.
* If poor weather is expected, sessions can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

* All sales on prints/products are final.

10. AGREEMENT
By booking a session with CMSTRYSTUDIO , you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. A signed contract will be provided before the session.
